Whil mindfulness and meditation training is available to professionals through their employer, educator, or other organization. It is not currently available direct to individuals. This goal-based digital training system is focused on helping adults and teens to be healthier, happier, and more engaged through programs for stress resilience, wellbeing and high performance.

With 12 training areas, 250+ programs and 1,500+ microlearning sessions, Whil offers the largest training library for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Whil is used in more than 100 countries to help adults and teens learn instant and repeatable techniques to calm and focus the mind and relax the central nervous system in as little as 5 minutes a day. We feature over 25 of the top MDs, PhDs and certified trainers in the world. Content available to members will be determined by their organization’s subscriptions.
